These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Kitabcha. By creating an account, accepting an invitation or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Kitabcha for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.
Accounts and team access
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Each person should use their own account. Business owners control invitations, roles and access to their Kitabcha and remain responsible for reviewing their team’s access.
Your records
You retain responsibility for the records and content you enter, including having permission to store personal or business information. Review calculations, reports and exports before relying on them. Kitabcha is a record-keeping service and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
Plans and payment
Prices, billing periods and included features are shown before purchase. Paid access applies for the selected period. Except where required by law, completed payments are non-refundable. We may update plans or prices for future billing periods and will present the applicable price before renewal or purchase.
Service availability
We work to keep Kitabcha reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, device limitations, internet connections and third-party services may affect access. An internet connection is required to load current records and save changes. Previously loaded pages may be available for read-only viewing offline; offline changes and automatic offline synchronization are not supported. Unfinished bill drafts may be kept on the device. Download important business records regularly and store your copies securely.
Ownership and changes
Kitabcha and its software, design and branding remain the property of their respective owners. You keep ownership of content you submit. We may update these terms as the service changes; the current version and effective date will always appear on this page.
